The Burnaby Citizens Association was formed by Alan Emmott and Eileen Dailly in 1955 to act on issues that mattered to Burnaby residents.
We remain committed to progressive local governance that focuses on the well-being of all citizens as well as an inclusive public education system that prepares every Burnaby student for the opportunities of today and tomorrow.
A new strategic plan
In 2020, the party undertook an extensive engagement with our members. We affirmed our mission, vision, and values and set out new focus areas for the coming year.
